First of all, Happy New Year everybody. Um, today I'm here to kind of express some concerns. You know, uh, I kind of >> Excuse me, Mr. Houston. >> Okay, >> everyone, could you please take any conversations outside and please be quiet while the speakers have the floor? I'm going to ask if our timekeeper can restart the clock. Mr. Houston, please proceed. >> Thank you for that, sir. Appreciate that. Um, this is for the mayor. Um, do you remember our conversation we had, sir, and we talked about a few things that we needed to change in the community? Well, I want to hold you to your campaign promises, sir. You gave me some promises. Okay. You said clearly, in order to have a good team, we got to pay them the top dollar, right? Well, you are a very smart young man. But your cabinet didn't let you down. Okay? And I'm hoping that you evaluate that. Okay? [applause] I'm hoping strongly that you evaluate that because I got four positions that I would like to see these people removed. It ain't no ain't no room for them. They had 48 months and they gave us nothing and they also let you down. Okay? You are a brilliant young man, but your cabinet don't see your vision. Okay? Chief of Operations, that's a sad situation there, sir. Utilities Commission. That's a sad situation there, sir. Your health chief, he's terrible. And I will be writing a letter to go after his license. He's terrible. No accountability whatsoever down here, sir. Okay. None. And I'm not going 28 I not going 48 more months. And I hope that means something to you because I'm not going 48 months. I done came down here for 18 months straight and I done systematically talked to all of y'all nicely and I done point out all the constitutional things that y'all not doing, right? And y'all won't move. So now me and AI, we're going to hang out and I'm going to see who sit here after I'm done. Okay? Because I believe it's time for change down here. We got people been down here 40 years. We ain't getting no younger. We evolving and we staying stuck. There's no economy here in the city of Cleveland whatsoever. You guys have put us in the swamp land. Show me anything y'all to develop down here for the community jobwise. Y'all let the Browns get out of here. Right. There's no revenue in the United States of America that could replace Sunday football money. That's guaranteed money, young man. Guaranteed. You can't find it nowhere. >> Mr. Houston time. >> Thank you. I'll be back every Monday. >> Thank you. [applause]
